There are 4 types of instruments in our orchestra: VIOLIN, VIOLA, CELLA, and DOUBLE BASS.
VIOLIN is one of the most famous and popular instruments of the century. Typically played by Asians in most schools,
violin provides highest notes among any other fellow strings instruments.
Because there are TOO MANY violinists in class and because violins can provide
many possible, high notes that create perfect harmony,
typical orchestras have two different groups of violinists, calling each 1st and 2nd violin section.
The 1st violins are like main vocals or guitars in a band, while the 2nd violins are like bass guitars.
The famous music played by violin are Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Paganini or Mozart Violin Concertos.

VIOLA is considered to be one of the supportive instument in the orchestra.
Cooperating with cellos and basses, viola creates perfect harmony with the vocals (or the violins),
making the sound more interesting and deeper. Viola is interesting in a way that its strings are almost the same with the violins.
The only difference is one string and the size of its body, but it has totally opposite sounds.
The famous music played by viola are Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and viola concertos.

CELLO is the second most popular instument in the orchestra.
Its deep and low voice melts the violins in its occasional solos. It allies with viola and basses to support the popular violins.
With its adequately low voice, it happily plays notes which violas cannot reach.
Cooperating with basses, it sometimes makes short burps of notes, creating tension in the music.
The famous music played by cellos are Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and cello concertos.

DOUBLE BASS is the biggest, the lowest and the nicest instruments.
It never comes up to do its solos; it never complains for being too supportive; it stays at the back to protect the other instruments.
Its famous DEEP and GRANDIOSE voice is so well-known that even jazz bands and rock bands recruit it.
Looking just like violins, violas and cellos, its packed with stylistic opportunities, though its users sometimes compain for its size.
The famous music played by double bass are Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and scales.

In fact, choosing the instrument is meaningless. Joining Mt Doug Strings is meaningful.
