retreat last weekend generated 5 goals: foster school spirit, improve
internal and community awareness of Mt. Doug
events, enhance indoor and outdoor aesthetics, serve the community and
increase awareness of global issues.

of disbursing funds was explained with balance sought between Arts and
Athletics and groups generally receiving about 2/3 of request

for funds need to be in one week before next PAC meeting

needed to work at Bingo Bingo in Esquimalt 2 Friday nights a month from 10:00 -
11:00. Volunteer sheet was distributed

Arts Report
- Dance-a-thon
had 40 participants and raised $1500 as well awareness for the project

continues to meet with Saanich to discuss
possibilities

of construction and labour has increased
