John Fawcett, Lindy England, Candice Hughes, Lori Downey, Bill Hampton, Debbie Ibaraki, Marla Turner, Lance Turner, Tony Goodman, Joy Carroll, Gail Pohl

 

 

  1. Call to Order - Tony Goodman

o       Meeting called to order 6:30.p.m.

 

  1. Introduction of attendees

 

  1. Chair's Report

o       Executive was introduced.

o       New positions needed for: Chair, Secretary and Communication Coordinator.

o       Anyone interested in standing for a position on the executive call Tony Goodman (727-9885) or Marla Turner (592-7691)

 

  1. Administrator's Report - John Fawcett

o       Seismic upgrade for this year. Parent involvement needed

o       Emergency preparedness, 1 kiosk being used.

 

  1. Treasurer's Report - Lindy England

o       Explained 2 sources of funds: Direct Access Grant, and Bingo

o       Teacher requests are being asked for.

 

  1. Bingo - Marla Turner

o       Volunteers needed to work at Bingo Bingo in Esquimalt 2 Friday nights a month from 6:00-8:00. Volunteer sheet was distributed.
