1. Call to Order Daryl Cowden called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and introductions were made.

2. Contact Information:

• Mail can be directed to the RAMPAC mailbox in the office

3. Parent Reps for Vacant Positions: The following parents volunteered :

• Grad: Iona Sadlemyer
• Music Parent: Kate Dickson
• Teacher Lunch Coordinator: Gayle Bliss
• Communications Coordinator and Emergency Preparedness remain open.

4. Bingo Dates and Sign-up: Sign up sheet was circulated by Gail Pohl.

5. Revised Funding Request Document: Revised document was circulated and discussed.

MOTION: To revise the Field Trip stipulation to indicate only field trips within BC will be considered this year. CARRIED

6. Treasurer's Report Lindy England

Current balance approximately $8200.

7. Other Business:

• Photocopier
• Parent Mixers

Items were tabled to next meeting to allow for parents attending Meet the Teacher at 7 pm.
